Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery — No Physical Shipment

All products sold by Draft Services FZ-LLC are digital software products. No physical goods are shipped. There are no shipping fees, no courier services, and no delivery lead times associated with our products. Fulfilment occurs entirely electronically via email.

2. What You Receive

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing:

• Your unique licence key for the purchased product.
• Download instructions and a link to the installer package.
• An order confirmation including your order reference number, product name, and amount paid.
• Activation and setup guidance for your product.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery is instant and automated. The email containing your licence key and download link is dispatched within seconds of payment confirmation. In practice, most customers receive their licence key within 1–3 minutes of completing checkout.

If you do not receive your email within 10 minutes:

• Check your spam or junk folder — automated emails are occasionally filtered.
• Verify that the email address entered at checkout is correct.
• Contact our support team at support@draftservices.com or via WhatsApp (+971 564 297 209) and we will resend your delivery immediately.

4. Licence Activation

Licence keys are valid from the moment of activation, not from the date of purchase (except for one-time and lifetime licences, which are perpetual). Timed licences (15-day, 31-day) begin counting from the first activation of the key, not from the purchase date. You may activate your licence at any time after purchase.

5. Resending / Lost Licence Keys

If you lose access to your licence key or delivery email, contact our support team with your order reference number and the email address used at checkout. We will verify your purchase and resend your licence key at no cost. Licence keys remain permanently associated with the original purchaser's account for this purpose.

6. Geographic Availability

Draft Services ships digitally to customers worldwide. There are no geographic restrictions on delivery. VAT at 5% is applied in accordance with UAE Federal Law and is included in all displayed prices. Customers outside the UAE are responsible for any local import duties or taxes applicable in their jurisdiction, though none are expected for digital software products in most countries.

7. Compatibility Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to verify that their system meets the compatibility requirements listed on the product page before purchasing. Draft Services products are compatible with Windows 10 and Windows 11 (all versions up to 24H2 — build 26100.4188) on desktop computers and laptops. Purchases made on incompatible systems remain subject to our standard Refund Policy.
