One kit — multiple provider applications

Merchant kit

Use this page when uploading to Stripe, Shopify Payments, PSPs, acquiring banks, or marketplaces running their own underwriting. Everything here is reusable — keep filenames and wording consistent across all five forms.

Canonical URLs (paste into every application)

Submit one public website. Mixing marketing on one domain and checkout on another without explanation can delay review.

Website consistency (reviewers click these)

  • Legal name, address, and licence numbers on the site match your registration documents and the application form.
  • Support email and phone/WhatsApp on Contact match what you type in the provider portal.
  • Refund and delivery language matches what you describe in the application (especially exclusions: Tips, Void Account Space).
  • Cookie banner present; privacy policy describes payment partners and no storage of full card data on your servers.
  • Before going live with real cards: replace any demo card fields with the provider’s hosted checkout / tokenization.

Screenshot set (assemble into one PDF if asked)

Filename examples: 01-home-draftservices.pdf

  • Homepage showing brand and navigation.
  • Products list + one product detail with price in AED.
  • Checkout or purchase entry point showing policy links if visible (screenshot acceptable after your PSP iframe is wired).
  • Footer with Legal links (Terms, Privacy, Refund, Delivery).
  • About or Trust page showing UAE entity disclosure.
  • Contact page showing email + phone/WhatsApp + hours.

Documents folder (scan once — reuse everywhere)

  • Trade licence (47022146) — clear PDF or colour scan.
  • Corporate registration excerpt or equivalent from RAKEZ if the provider asks.
  • Proof of settlement bank account matching the legal entity name (often a bank letter or screenshot they specify).
  • Authorized signatory ID if the onboarding flow requests it.
  • Domain proof if requested: registrar screenshot or DNS showing draftservices.com resolves to live HTTPS site.

Do not paste secrets or API keys in tickets. Providers only need public URLs and onboarding documents through their portal.

Copy‑paste snippets (adjust volume numbers per form)

Use the same wording on every portal so underwriting teams do not compare conflicting narratives.

Acceptable use (high‑risk mitigation)
Acceptable use: Software is for lawful IT administration, testing, sandboxing, demos, and education on hardware the customer controls. Prohibited use includes circumvention of third-party security or agreements; reverse engineering; or resale of licence keys without consent. See https://draftservices.com/terms#acceptable-use-anchor.
Technical / PCI wording
Payments: Cardholder data is intended to be collected only through a PCI-DSS compliant hosted checkout / tokenization flow from our chosen payment service provider—not via custom PAN fields on merchant servers.
Current buyer flow on https://draftservices.com: checkout overlay demonstrates disclosures, policy acknowledgement, and hand-off UX; integrate your approved hosted gateway before capturing live PAN.
See https://draftservices.com/trust-compliance for merchant transparency.
Hosting (Vercel) — optional portal field
Public storefront: https://draftservices.com
Hosting: Vercel (serverless / edge platform for Next.js). Custom domain draftservices.com connects to our Vercel project; TLS certificates are managed automatically (HTTPS).
Note: Vercel hosts the website and application code only—not cardholder data; payment capture must use the PSP’s hosted flow.

Domain & hosting (what to declare)

Your setup: Canonical site draftservices.com on Vercel (ideal for Next.js: automatic HTTPS/TLS, CDN, managed infrastructure). The legal merchant is still Draft Services FZ-LLC — Vercel is only hosting, not the seller of record.

  • Use HTTPS everywhere; Vercel provisions TLS for custom domains by default.
  • Point DNS for draftservices.com at your Vercel project — forms that ask “where is the site hosted?” can answer: Vercel + custom domain (see copy box above).
  • Avoid splitting “marketing site” and “checkout site” on unrelated brands without explaining the relationship in the application.
  • You can still use a separate admin or documentation subdomain later; for applications, lead with the main shop URL.
