Transactions are billed to Draft Services FZ-LLC, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, AL Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Trade Licence 47022146, Registration 0000004069488.

Cardholder data stays with your processor

Draft Services routes payments through a PCI-DSS-compliant gateway partner. PAN (card numbers) must be collected only inside the PSP's certified flow—hosted fields, hosted checkout session, redirect, Apple Pay / Google Pay tokenization—not in raw custom form fields exposed to app servers without SAQ oversight.

In-product checkout demos user experience and disclosures. Before going live, replace manual card inputs with PSP-provided tooling (e.g., Stripe Checkout, Shopify Payments checkout, Nuvei, Checkout.com)—never transmit real cardholder data across your own JavaScript bundles without formal PCI scope authorization.

Mandatory legal policies — always accessible

Comprehensive Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Delivery Policy are linked from every page footer. Chargeback guidance encourages customers to email support before disputed claims.

Refunds aligned with underwriting risk

Void Space and Tester licences include a cited 14-day guarantee where stated in Refund Policy—with clearly listed exclusions (Tips and activated Void Account Space). That clarity reduces preventable disputes.

Digital fulfilment disclosed

Licences deliver by automated email instantly after authorised payment confirmation. Physical goods are not shipped. Customers know exactly what they are buying (Delivery Policy).

High-risk mitigation — acceptable use

Void Space is for legitimate admin, QA, sandboxing, demo, recovery, or classroom workloads on hardware you're authorised to control. Selling our software for circumvention or unlawful activity is forbidden and may result in licence revocation. See Terms — Acceptable Use.
