Draft Services provides a 2-year product warranty on all Void Space and Tester Void Space licences from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair, update, or replace any product that fails to perform materially as described, at no additional cost to you. This warranty does not cover issues caused by incompatible hardware, prohibited use, or modifications to the product by the customer.

By accessing, registering, or using this website or any services provided by Draft, you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. You agree to waive any objection to the jurisdiction or venue of such courts. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in such courts.
UAE Consumer Protection rights under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 and its Executive Regulations apply to eligible consumers in the United Arab Emirates. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable UAE consumer protection legislation.
As a user of our products, you are required to use them in a manner that respects the terms and agreements of other entities. Our products are not to be used in any unauthorized ways, and it is imperative to understand that we do not provide safeguards against the misuse of our products in a way that may infringe upon third-party agreements. However, the onus of adhering to any third-party agreements lies with you, the user. If such agreements are violated, you will assume complete responsibility and liability for the consequences. Engaging in such actions is a violation of our terms and may result in the immediate termination of your license to use our products. In addition, your warranty will be rendered null and void. Goods and services of third parties may be advertised and/or made available on or through this website. Representations made regarding products and services provided by third parties are governed by the policies and representations made by these third parties. We shall not be liable for or responsible in any manner for any of your dealings or interactions with third parties. These communications are necessary for the delivery and continued operation of our products and services. You may not opt out of transactional emails related to an active purchase. At Draft, we are committed to ensuring clarity and transparency in our payment process. All transactions made using credit or debit cards are charged immediately upon completion of the checkout process. Products listed with a "lifetime" subscription refer to the period during which the product is actively developed, supported, and updated by our team. The term "lifetime" applies to the lifecycle of the product itself, rather than the lifespan of the user. This lifecycle is contingent upon our ongoing involvement in the product's maintenance and enhancement. We reserve the right to discontinue updates, support, and development of a product if it is no longer feasible to maintain, without prior notice.
However, in compliance with applicable consumer rights and protections, users will be notified well in advance of any significant changes or discontinuation of services. Provisions will be made to ensure that the product remains usable in its current state, as of the time of discontinuation, within the limits of existing technologies and platforms. Where relevant consumer protection laws apply, Draft will abide by refund, replacement, or other remedies required to ensure that consumer rights are upheld in the event of product termination.
