The terms "Client," "You," "Your," and "Yourself" refer to the individual accessing this website and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. The service is operated by Draft Services FZ-LLC (RAKEZ Services Licence No. 47022146, issued 13 June 2025, valid until 12 June 2027), a Free Zone Limited Liability Company in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates. "We," "us," "our," and "ourselves" mean Draft Services FZ-LLC and this online store.
The terms "party," "parties," and "third-party" refer to other entities or individuals that operate under separate terms and conditions from those of Draft. By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Draft Services is committed to delivering reliable, professionally maintained software to all customers. Despite thorough quality assurance processes, unforeseen technical challenges may occasionally arise. In such cases, our support team is available to provide expert-level troubleshooting and guidance. We issue ongoing software updates to address compatibility issues, security vulnerabilities, and performance improvements. Our goal is to ensure the continuous reliable operation of all products under your active licence.
Draft Services provides a 2-year product warranty on all Void Space and Tester Void Space licences from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair, update, or replace any product that fails to perform materially as described, at no additional cost to you. This warranty does not cover issues caused by incompatible hardware, prohibited use, or modifications to the product by the customer.
Our products are designed for lawful personal and professional use, including but not limited to: IT administration, software testing, developer sandbox environments, classroom management, and system demonstration purposes. By purchasing and using our software, you agree that you will:

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including applicable federal laws and the regulations of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Draft Services FZ-LLC (Services Licence No. 47022146) is a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority, United Arab Emirates.
By accessing, registering, or using this website or any services provided by Draft, you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. You agree to waive any objection to the jurisdiction or venue of such courts. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in such courts.
UAE Consumer Protection rights under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 and its Executive Regulations apply to eligible consumers in the United Arab Emirates. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable UAE consumer protection legislation.
As a user of our products, including Void Space and Tester Void Space, you must use them lawfully and only on systems you own or are authorised to administer. Void Space provides snapshot-style protection and system restore on reboot for legitimate purposes such as IT operations, software QA, training labs, kiosk management, and personal workstation hygiene — not to circumvent law, bypass third-party licensing, or attack systems you do not control.
You are responsible for complying with all third-party agreements on your machine. If you violate another party's terms, you assume full liability. Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or redistributing our software without written consent from Draft Services FZ-LLC is prohibited and may terminate your licence and void your warranty. Specifications and compatibility are listed on our Products pages and Delivery Policy.
Goods and services of third parties may be advertised and/or made available on or through this website. Representations made regarding products and services provided by third parties are governed by the policies and representations made by these third parties. We shall not be liable for or responsible in any manner for any of your dealings or interactions with third parties. For UAE consumers, if any complaints are not satisfactorily resolved, you may contact the UAE Ministry of Economy's Consumer Protection Department. All applicable UAE consumer rights under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 apply.
You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), arising from or relating to (i) your use of or inability to use the service, (ii) the cost to obtain substitute goods and/or services resulting from any transaction entered into through the service, (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data transmissions, (iv) the statements or conduct of any third party on the service, or (v) any other matter relating to the service.
(i) In the event that these Terms of Use conflict with any law under which any provision may be held invalid by a court with jurisdiction over the parties, such provision will be interpreted to reflect the original intentions of the parties in accordance with applicable law, and the remainder of these Terms of Use will remain valid and intact; (ii) The failure of either party to assert any right under these Terms of Use shall not be considered a waiver of that right, which will remain in full force and effect; (iii) You agree that any claim or cause arising out of this website/server or its services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause arises, or the claim shall be forever barred; (iv) We reserve the right to assign our rights and obligations under these Terms of Use, and upon such assignment, we shall be relieved of any further obligation.
Draft Services FZ-LLC may send transactional communications to the email address you provide at checkout, including order confirmations, licence keys, product update notifications, and security advisories. These communications are necessary for the delivery and continued operation of our products and services. You may not opt out of transactional emails related to an active purchase. You may, however, request removal from non-transactional marketing communications at any time by contacting us at support@draftservices.com.

At Draft, we are committed to ensuring clarity and transparency in our payment process. All transactions made using credit or debit cards are charged immediately upon completion of the checkout process. Once you confirm your purchase and proceed with the payment, the corresponding amount will be promptly processed from your card. This straightforward and efficient process ensures that the products or services you select are reserved without delay.

To protect your financial transactions, all card payments are routed through a PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant payment gateway. Your payment details are processed in a secure, encrypted environment in accordance with PCI standards. Draft Services does not receive, store, or handle raw cardholder data at any point. By providing your payment information and completing a transaction, you agree to the secure processing of your data by our payment gateway provider.
Products listed with a "lifetime" plan refer to the period during which Void Space (or the named product) is actively developed, supported, and updated by Draft Services FZ-LLC. "Lifetime" means the product lifecycle, not the lifetime of any individual user. We may discontinue updates if maintenance is no longer feasible, subject to notice where consumer law requires it.
Void Space delivers local snapshot protection on supported Windows versions. Effectiveness depends on compatible hardware, correct installation, and periodic updates we publish for new Windows builds. Tester Void Space plans are time-limited evaluation licences as described at checkout.
Where UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 or other applicable consumer rules require remedies on discontinuation, we will honour refund, replacement, or other obligations set out in our Payment & Refund Policy.
