1. Payments

All purchases on this website are sold by Draft Services FZ-LLC, licensed in the UAE for Computer Systems and Software Designing (RAKEZ Services Licence No. 47022146).

We accept major credit and debit cards and, where enabled, digital wallets (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay). Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Applicable VAT is included where stated on the product page.

Card payments are processed through an authorised PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.Draft Services FZ-LLC does not store full card numbers or CVV data on its servers. You will receive an order confirmation by email after successful payment.

By completing checkout you agree to our Terms of Service and this Payment & Refund Policy.

2. Our refund commitment

Draft Services FZ-LLC ("Draft Services", "we", "us") is committed to customer satisfaction. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Void Space and Tester Void Space product purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
• The request is submitted by the original purchaser using the email address used at checkout.
• The licence key has not been transferred or resold to a third party.
• The product is not a "Tips" or "Void Account Space" purchase (see Section 5 below).

4. How to request a refund

Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days (GST, UTC+4).

5. Refund processing

Once a refund is approved, we will process it within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method (credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated on our end.

6. Non-refundable items

The following purchases are not eligible for a refund:

• Tips — Voluntary contributions to Draft Services are non-refundable as they are a discretionary payment with no product delivery.
• Void Account Space — Storage account space is provisioned immediately upon purchase and is therefore non-refundable once activated.
• Purchases where the refund request is submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date.
• Accounts or licences that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

7. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer. Filing a chargeback without first contacting Draft Services may result in the suspension of your licence key(s) pending investigation. We are committed to resolving all genuine disputes promptly and fairly.

8. Consumer rights (UAE)

Customers located in the United Arab Emirates retain all rights afforded under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. Nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights. If you believe a dispute has not been resolved satisfactorily, you may contact the UAE Ministry of Economy Consumer Protection Department.
